Do I need to provide finished art?
Nope! We can work from references, sketches, descriptions, mood boards — anything that captures the vibe. If you have finished art (AI, PNG, PDF, JPG), even better. We'll work with whatever you've got.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from confirmation to delivery. Rush orders may be available depending on our current queue — just ask!
What file formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files all work great. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality. We'll let you know if we need anything adjusted.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the product type, design complexity, and quantity. We'll give you a full quote before anything is confirmed — no commitment until you're happy with the price.
Can I order more than one piece?
Absolutely! Bulk orders are welcome and may qualify for discounts. Great for friend groups, clubs, and con squads.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We're committed to getting it right. We'll work with you through revisions and won't start production until you've approved the design.
